For the Horse & Rider

Assessment and treatment of the horse and rider as a whole can be of maximum benefit. Many ‘problems’ encountered in either the horse or rider can be directly attributable to each other. A misalignment in a rider may cause muscle damage or fatigue in the horse, or a horse's irregular movement may cause rider problems. A full assessment of both horse and rider, both static and in motion individually is carried out. This will be followed by a ridden assessment, and a treatment plan decided on.

Equine Therapy

Equine massage uses professional sports massage and stretch techniques, to improve the horse both physically and psychologically. A thorough understanding of anatomy and the interaction of bones, joints and muscles is required, including a comprehensive knowledge of equine biomechanics. Coupled with personalised retraining and work plan – most horses can be rehabilitated and improved. Ground-work and schooling sessions are also offered.

Human Therapy

Massage is a natural therapy. It has both a physiological and psychological effect. Massage is used for relaxation and treatment, and has remained the principal method of treating most musculoskeletal problems for thousands of years. Massage can resolve problems and conditions which have not been improved by other therapies or treatments. A wide range of cutting edge techniques are offered – whatever your requirements
